District Construction, Inc. has extensive commercial construction experience. Each of our partners has worked in commercial construction for more than 30 years. Our crews are capable of working in dense, urban areas surrounded by underground utilities and traffic, but also operate safely and efficiently in greenfield projects.
About Us
District Construction, Inc. was established as a Virginia corporation in April of 2013 with Class A licenses in Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Our main line of work is commercial cast-in-place concrete, encompassing both new construction and renovations. We cater to federal, state, and local governments as well as private companies and developers.Our team is comprised of knowledgeable and experienced engineers, carpenters, ironworkers, ACI-certified technicians, finishers, and skilled laborers. All our employees are OSHA trained and certified for construction safety and health. We are proud to say that our NCCI rating is 0.90.

The projects we complete range from $500,000 to $2M each. Our newest construction is for an apartment building at 818 Potomac Ave S.E. Washington, D.C. Each floor is approximately 8,500 sq ft per floor, and the building is all concrete from 30′ below street level to one floor above street level. Some of our previous work includes:

Our Growth
Throughout the years, we have been experiencing rapid growth. Now in our sixth year, our revenue had increased from $500,000 in 2013 to over $3.5M in 2019. We attribute this growth to our commitment to our core values: safety, people, respect, integrity, quality, and timeliness.
